Unable to cancel rejected purchase order

Goal : how to cancel rejected purchase order ?

step :

1. Create Purchase order version 0
2. approve it
3. add new lines to the approver Purchase order
4. Get new version 1
5. try to cancel the purchase order

 user get error : unable to approve the PO

Solution : delete the new lines and try to cancel it agin.
